Originally from Los Angeles where I received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science, I moved to Europe in order to pursue experiences and education abroad eventually earning my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen Scotland. Since then I have continued my training and education becoming  a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). I am currently following a certification course to become COMT (Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist) through NAIOMT as well. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and have worked with individuals and athletes at various levels and athletic ability.

As a physiotherapist, I have worked with a wide variety of patients from those with back pain, to knee replacements as well as some more complex neurological conditions. I find that often times it is not just the area of pain that is the issue but that the body as a whole needs to be evaluated and observed for the cause. I also work in a variety of settings; clinics, gyms and even individuals' homes and enjoy the variety and challenges that each bring.

I am a qualified physiotherapist with experience in the neuro-musculoskeletal field to support and help patients to get back to their activities. I combine various therapeutic approaches to provide a tailor-made rehabilitation that best suits the needs of each individual. I treat various musculoskeletal conditions with a detailed assessment and emphasise my rehabilitation not only on the current symptoms (short-term) but also on the identified causes to maximise the mid and long-term recovery.

I Graduated in 2010 from the Physiotherapy School (IFMK) of Strasbourg, France, I went on to complete my certifications in orthopaedic manual therapy (COMT) with an American program taught in Paris, France (IAOM-US) in 2015. I am currently enrolled in a Post Graduate Master of Science in Musculoskeletal at the University of Brighton (UK) and teach orthopaedic manual therapy courses in France (IAMPT) which helps me to constantly update and improve my practice and clinical reasoning.
