Strength and Conditioning
Full body strength and conditioning class with special focus on the core. This class is designed to help get you stronger and fit with learning the correct form for exercises! Balance and Exercise
In person exercise class focusing on endurance, cardio and balance to improve your overall standing and moving balance for everyday life activities as well as improving your health and fitness level. The slower pace and lower difficulty level makes it ideal for participants who want to go back to physical activity in a safe a progressive environment. This class is every Monday 11:00 to 12:00. Virtual exercise class focusing on strength and cardio to improve your physical capacity on key strengthening exercises. The session is supervised and ensures that you can develop safely as your form, intensity, number of exercices, sets and repetitions are all closely monitored and guided. Pregnancy can be such a challenging and stressful time. Keeping a future mama’s body healthy is so important and can lead to a healthier pregnancy for both mom and baby. This course is designed to work on all those muscles that a women will need not just during pregnancy, but for labor and post-natal. Avoiding DRA and pelvic floor dysfunction starts with keeping strong in the pelvic girdle and deeper core muscles including the abdominals. In addition, correct breathing allows the diaphragm to move and be used correctly which in turn allows the pelvic floor to work optimally during pregnancy and labor. Progressive x5 Session Postnatal Recovery Course
A structured series of 5 sessions led by physiotherapist- Britni Keitz- specifically aimed at postnatal recovery. Class is in person or virtual through zoom. Babies are welcome! Price is 75 euros. We offer an embodied foundation yoga class every Wednesday evening which combines gentle movement flows and breathwork practices with the principles of rest and restore for a well-rounded practice. Yoga practitioners are guided to shape their practice to their needs and abilities. The classes are designed to welcome beginners and more experienced yogis alike, and focus on regulating the nervous system through movement and breath. Classes are drop-in, which means you can come when you like and pay as you go. Each class is 15 euros, or 5 classes for 60 euros. Interested?
